workshop1 image So & So use acrobatic balancing, circus skills and games to improve physical awareness, team work and self confidence.

Workshops are centred around developing skills in acrobatic balancing and partner acrobatics. However, other skills such as stilt walking and juggling, can be included if required. Workshops can be given to groups or on a one-to-one basis and are suitable for participants of all abilities – from the absolute beginner to the professional. Whatever your level you will be encouraged to have fun. They are available as one-off taster sessions lasting between an hour and a day or as a series running over a period of weeks or months. So & So also run corporate workshops, either as an effective form of team building, or simply as a revitalising day out.

They have also run workshop programs for Artsdepot, Sadlers Wells, Boy Blue, Trestle Youth Theatre and Barking & Dagenham Youth Dance and one off workshops for various schools and youth organisations.

Please get in touch to discuss your requirements or to order an information pack.

workshop3 image'It has given us skills and also moves that we can incorporate into our choreographies. It has shown us things that we have seen but never knew we could do. Having to gain people’s trust so they feel they can be held by me was a challenge but it's definately inspired me to do more.'(Stevie, workshop participant, Barking & Dagenham Youth Dance)

'It has given me confidence to attempt things I wouldn’t normally do. The encouragement has been great and has really helped my self-esteem with this kind of thing' (Bridget, workshop participant, Boy Blue Entertainment)
